BSA Analyst
The primary function of the BSA Analyst is to ensure overall adherence to Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act/USA Patriot Act and Office of Foreign Asset Control regulations. The Analyst is also responsible for detailed investigations, documentation and government reporting related to OFAC violations and suspicious activity reporting.  
 
In this the role, the BSA Analyst will also:
·         Maintain a competent level of knowledge of the requirements of BSA/AML/OFAC
·         Review and analyze a variety of reports to identify unusual activity patterns and report to management appropriately
·         Ensure the accuracy of BSA/AML/OFAC reports
·         Ensure that appropriate reports and filings are completed within required timeframes
·         Identify and communicate compliance deficiencies and potential problems; offer solutions
 
Qualifications:
·         Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
·         Ability to read, analyze and interpret various reports
·         Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, etc
·         Familiarity with FIS systems is desirable
·         College degree preferred
